EQUIPMENT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment information management system for managing equipment on the basis of MAC addresses imparted to individual electrical appliances connectable to a network. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving the MAC address 21 together with a house code 13 from the electrical appliance 4, the data reception part 6 of a management server 2 transfers the MAC address 12 and the house code 13 to a data recording part 7, and the data recording part 7 refers to product information 8 on the basis of the transferred MAC address 12 and acquires the model name of the electrical appliance 4 which has transmitted the MAC address 12. The data recording part 7 refers to user information 9 on the basis of the house code 13 and acquires the user ID of a user owning the electrical appliance 4 which has transmitted the MAC address 12.
