Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector which is more improved in reflectance than heretofore, is excellent in durability at high temperature without causing yellowing and deterioration on its surface even in a long term use and can be used for an illuminator or a display device. SOLUTION: An optical whitening agent containing film is formed by coating a porous resin sheet obtained by drawing a resin sheet composed of polyolefin resin whose melting point or glass transition temperature is high and an inorganic filler with an emulsion obtained by dispersing and emulsifying a polymer of two or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers, a wetting agent and a film forming assistant for easily forming a film, and an optical whitening agent absorbing an ultraviolet ray and converting it into a visible light beam in water.
