SOLUTION: In this ice cold energy storage air conditioning system having an outdoor unit 1, an indoor unit 2 and an ice thermal storage unit 3 having a stirring device 13 for stirring a thermal storage medium in a thermal storage vessel 10, the brine solution is mixed in the thermal storage medium, and the stirring device 13 has a control device 7 integrating an operation time of the system, and operating the stirring device 13, when the operation time reaches a specific integration time.
