Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher measuring precision by raising the S/N ratio in a non-invasive glucose concentration measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: The glucose concentration measuring apparatus 1 is provided with a measuring head 14 equipped with a light irradiation part 16 which is disposed at a measuring end face 11 to irradiate near infrared lights in a living body and a detector 17 to detect the lights diffused or passing through the living body A at the outside of the living body A, a pressure detection means 15 for detecting the pressures working on the measuring end face 11 of the measuring head 14 and an arithmetic means 39 which calculates the concentration of glucose in the living body A based on the received light signals detected by the detector 17. The arithmetic means 39 carries out the computation based on the received light signals which are obtained when the pressure detected by the pressure detection means 15 satisfies the specified conditions.
