Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional sequential shield function method that, since the order of shielding is decided in advance, shielding of lines other than an accident line is highly possible, resulting in taking much time in removing the accident. SOLUTION: The current of a line connected to a bus line of a high resistance ground grid is detected, and the line with high possibility of accident is preferentially selected and shielded while an accident continues.
