REPEATER, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, REPEATING METHOD, AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for surely avoiding the occurrence of a variation in timing that a broadcast message reaches a terminal which utilizes a broadcast message service. SOLUTION: This repeater which receives and stores a message broadcasted from a transmitter to a plurality of terminals is made to perform an analysis with respect to the received message based on predetermined algorithm and to detect that the message is the one transmitted last from the transmitter.
