Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery easily folding a lead part alone even if the thickness of a collector plate is increased. SOLUTION: The secondary battery has an end edge 48 of a strip core body constituting a positive electrode 41 protruded at one end part of an electrode body 4, and the collector plate 5 covering the end edge 48. The collector plate 5 is made of an aluminum plate given an annealing treatment and is structured of a disciform main body 51 in contact with the end edge 48 and a strip reed part 55 set in protrusion on an outer periphery of the main body 51. The main body 51 has a circular-arc convex strip 52 protruding toward the end edge 48 and a cut-up piece 53 formed by plastic forming, and the lead part 55 has its tip folded toward the main body 51 to be coupled with a positive electrode terminal 91.
