TIMING RESTRICTION PRODUCTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish timing restriction without exception in an early stage. SOLUTION: In this timing restriction production device, a target path extraction part 101 extracts all of data transfer paths formed between at least two lower hierarchy blocks included in an upper hierarchy block among data transfer paths that are targets of timing verification from the timing restriction, a net list and a library, as target paths. A target path output part 103 exhibits a target path list 109 wherein a timing exception can be designated, to a user.
