Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter in which evaluation in each viewpoint is provided with objectiveness and reliability by clarifying relation between evaluation standards and tests and concretely presenting evaluation standards. SOLUTION: Arrival target columns in each unit and viewpoint columns in which the evaluation standards of learning states are divided in each viewpoint are arranged in parallel on a plurality of sheets to prepare a list for a year. Question numbers of test sheets directly connected to the evaluation standards are respectively arranged on the viewpoint columns and the evaluation standards of three steps are shown as a scale.
