Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power train testing device and method which can easily test a test piece of a power train under various road disturbance environments. SOLUTION: A differential gear 22 and a drive shaft 24 of a power train system, which is a test piece, are supported so that the they can swing by sus-active vibration mechanisms 26 and 28 which simulate suspension properties of a vehicle and tire active vibration mechanisms 30 and 32 which simulate tire properties of the vehicle. The suspension properties of the sus-active vibration mechanisms 26 and 28 and the tire properties of the tire active vibration mechanisms 30 and 32 cab be changed by changing parameters of equations in a controller 50.
