SOLUTION: The standing pouch is formed of a single layer or a laminated layer film with a gusset arranged in its bottom. The standing pouch is made to stand when the gusset is opened to fill a content. The pouch has an opening at the top for filling the content and is closed after the filling. A small chamber, with at least one position in the side wall of the pouch extending externally and branched, is formed at a position lower than the top, and a pour-out port is provided at the tip end of the small chamber.
