Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily covering a seat back and a storage box when the seat back is collapsed in a vehicle rear luggage compartment structure comprising a seat having the seat back which is collapsible with respect to a seat cushion and the storage box provided behind the seat. SOLUTION: The vehicle rear luggage compartment structure 1 comprises a rear seat 11 having a seat back 25 which is collapsible with respect to a seat cushion 23, a sub trunk 9 located behind the rear seat, a carpet member 13, and a carpet supporting member 15 having a plate part 15a provided between the rear seat 11 and the sub trunk 9. The carpet member 13 is stretched between a back side of the seat back 25 and the plate part 15a. The carpet member 13 in a normal state is sagged downwardly.
