SEAT DEVICE, AND REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of supplementing degradation of rigidity of a vehicle body caused by a recessed part formed in a floor face of a vehicle, preventing collision of a luggage stored in the recessed part with a seat, and storing the seat in a seat device having a seat cushion with a rear end part located above the recessed part. SOLUTION: A rear luggage compartment structure 1 of a vehicle comprises a rear floor panel 7 with a spare tire pan 7a formed therein, a rear seat 11, an anchor member 41, a center frame 47, and a dive down mechanism 19 to move the rear seat 11 downwardly. The rear seat 11 has a seat cushion 23 with a rear portion thereof located above the spare tire pan 7a. The anchor member 41 is across and above the spare tire pan 7a in the vehicle width direction.
