Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a multilayer coating film without the occurrence of a mixed layer in wet-on-wet coating. SOLUTION: In the wet-on-wet method performed by forming a 1st layer by applying a 1st coating material and a 2nd coating film by applying a 2nd coating material on the 1st coating film without baking the 1st coating film, the method of forming the multilayer coating film is constituted so that the 1st coating material curable by the irradiation with the active energy beam is applied and irradiated with the active energy beam so as not to form a mixed layer when the 2nd coating film is applied.
