Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture substrate having an adequate decomposition rate in living bodies and good adhesiveness of cell and suitable for cell culture and to provide a method for producing the substrate. SOLUTION: The present invention provides the cell culture substrate constituted of a fiber structure consisting of a fiber having 0.01-1 μm average fiber diameter and mainly composed of a polylactic acid fiber having ≥100,000 weight-average molecular weight and the method for producing the fiber structure by static spinning.
