Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effects of diffusing phonons of a phonon-cooling type hot electron element in an HEB mixer using a superconductive conductor. SOLUTION: A hot electron bolometer element comprises a dielectric substrate, a superconductive thin film formed on the substrate, and an electrode connected to the superconductive film.
