SOLUTION: The metal ion releasing system has a metal ion releasing body 12 and a voltage impressing part 11 supplying electricity to the metal ion releasing body 12 and heating it, and releases metal ion by making the voltage impressing part 11 heat the metal ion releasing body 12.
