INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, ITS METHOD, ITS PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM IN WHICH PROGRAM IS RECORDED, AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device in which reproduction of information is limited efficiently. SOLUTION: A kind of a recording disk 1 is discriminated by a disk discriminating means of a microcomputer 130, and reproduction processing is performed instantly except a DVD. When it is judged as a DVD, existence of record of information of MKB being contents for protecting by CPPM technology is judged by a key group judging means. when record is not detected, reproduction processing is performed instantly. When record is detected, existence of wobble is judged by a wobble signal judging means of the microcomputer 130, wobble is not detected, reproduction processing is performed instantly. When wobble is detected, it is judged whether the information is information appropriately recorded by a limiting means of the microcomputer 130 or not, when it is illegal copy, reproduction is inhibited.
