COMPANY HOUSE MANAGEMENT SUPPORTING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a company house management supporting system and method for reducing a labor associated with company house management. SOLUTION: This company house management supporting system is provided with a company house management supporting server 1, a company house management supporting data base 2 for storing information associated with property being a company house, a communication network 3 and a terminal 4 for company house manager, a terminal 5 for user and a terminal 6 for company house provider connected through the communication network 3. When the property is selected by the terminal 5 for user by an employee, the company house management supporting server 1 makes the terminal 5 for user display information associated with the selected property. Also, when contract information associated with the lease contract of the property is transmitted from the terminal 6 for company house provider of the company house provider, the the company house management supporting server 1 prepares contractor information associated with the contractor from the contract information, and transmits the contractor information to the terminal 4 for company house manager.
