Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treating agent for a polyurethane-based elastic fiber, in which an excellent wound package is obtained in a process for producing a polyurethane-based elastic fiber and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber to be used in the processing process is provided with excellent unwinding property and smoothness and to provide a method for treating the polyurethane-based elastic fiber. SOLUTION: The treating agent for a polyurethane-based fiber comprises a specific silicone oil and/or hydrocarbon oil and a specified silicone resin containing an amino-modified group in the molecule in the ratio of the former/the latter of 100/0.1-100/30 (weight ratio).
