SOLUTION: The solid water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprises (a) deformed compound powder consisting of near-spherical particles emulsified and aggregated and having a plurality of concaves and convexes on the surface, (b) a silicone-based surfactant, (c) an acrylic-silicone-based graft copolymer, (d) a solid oil and (e) water.
