LAMINATE SHAPING METHOD AND LAMINATE SHAPING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate shaping method capable of shaping even a target shaped article having a minute structure with high precision. SOLUTION: In the laminate shaping method, the thin layer of a shaping material 14 is selectively irradiated with a laser beam 5 by the control from a control part 21 based on shaping data obtained as the tomographic structure of the target shaped article while scanned by the laser beam 5, and a unit shaped layer 15 comprising bonded or cured parts of which the contour shape corresponds to a shaping pattern is formed while causing bonding or curing in the shaping material at the part selectively irradiated with the laser beam. This operation is successively repeated and the target shaped article is shaped by laminating the repeatedly formed unit shaped layers. In this laminate shaping method, the irradiation control of the laser beam correlated with the width in the scanning direction of the laser beam is performed with respect to the shaping pattern of which the width is a predetermined one or below by a minute part irradiation control means 22.
