Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new contents distribution technology whereby a viewer can simply and surely view a video contents part which the viewer desires to view when contents including a video image is distributed to a viewer terminal. SOLUTION: Such a constitution is taken that, not making a viewer does not select the video contents part which the viewer desires to view from a list of the characteristic video images extracted from the video contents but imparting metadata to characteristic video images and making the viewer input a keyword and search the characteristic video images provided with metadata to thereby select the video contents part. Thus, it is made possible to extract a considerable number of characteristic video images more than those displayed in a form of the list, and hence the viewer can simply view the contents part which the viewer desires to view without failure.
