METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DEPLOYMENT OF OPERATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can be used for deployment of an operating system. SOLUTION: This system enables a system manager to plan and schedule deployment of the operating systems and the images on various computers and calculators in an entire organization. This makes it possible to perform computing in an environment sensitive to bandwidth and simple scheduling. Imaging processing is provided to import data and/or status seamlessly to a newly imaged operating system. Further, flexibility is provided to allow a user to change the image deployment operation within the policy range specified by the system manager. A status report is additionally generated and sent to the system manager to provide a rich mechanism.
