USER TERMINAL ARRANGEMENT TYPE INFORMATION DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM HAVING FUNCTION OF DISPLAYING INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIED REQUEST INFORMATION PACKAGE PRELIMINARILY DESIGNATED BY USER AND USING PEER-TO-PEER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing system for leaving and arranging information in a user terminal. SOLUTION: The information distributing system has a function of performing the periodical and/or non-periodical distribution and displaying of a preliminarily designated individual specified request information package to the user terminal using the system, which is connected to the Internet by instructions from a main management server. The preliminarily designated individual specified request information package itself is left and arranged in the user terminal for a fixed time. Package information is canceled at the point of time when a fixed arrangement period is ended, and at the same time, a new individual specified request information package is arranged by replacement in the user terminal so as to perform a display processing. Charging processing is performed for the portion of usage by a single piece of information used by the user during the fixed arrangement period. The distribution and arrangement of the individual specified request information package to the user is conducted by combining two methods, i.e., distribution and arrangement by a peer-to-peer system between the users and by direct distribution arrangement from the main management server.
