| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control signal from being outputted when it is not necessary, and to protect data in a flash memory even when a program runs away in a portable communication terminal storing a program and fixed data in the flash memory. SOLUTION: In the portable communication terminal, the flash memory 3 written with a program and data, and an IC 4 for communication with an external device are controlled by monitoring a signal of a CPU 1 by a control FPGA 2, and a function is changed by rewriting the program and data of the flash memory.
