Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in conductivity between a wiring pattern formed on one side of a base material of an information recording media and another wiring pattern formed on the other side, the wiring patterns being interconnected via a connecting wiring layer formed in a hole part provided in the base material.
