Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display device equipped with thin film transistors. SOLUTION: The flat panel display device which can adjust a white balance to a proper level according to differences among crystal grains of driving thin film transistor (TFT) active layers without changing sizes of the driving TFT active layers and can obtain appropriate luminance by supplying an optimal amount of current each sub-pixel, so that the service life is not reduced. The flat panel display device includes; pixels which include a plurality of sub-pixels provided with self-luminescent elements; and driving thin film transistors which are provided to the respective sub-pixels and are provided with semiconductor active layers having at least channel regions and are connected to the self-luminescent elements respectively to supply currents to the respective self-luminescent elements and in which at least channel regions of active layers have crystal grains of different sizes or shapes by sub-pixels.
