Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable diazo copying material which increases image density and is excellent in high reliability also in terms of long-term storage stability as well as in thermal response for high-speed recording. SOLUTION: In the diazo copying material comprising on a support a layer containing at least a diazo compound and a layer containing at least a coupler compound and an organosilicon compound, the organosilicon compound is obtained by mixing and hydrolyzing 100 pts. wt. of a hydrolyzable silane (A) having an nitrogen-containing organic group represented by the formula; YR1SiR23or a partial hydrolyzate thereof and 5-200 pts. wt. of a hydrolyzable silane (B) represented by the formula; R3mSiR44-mor a partial hydrolyzate thereof. In the formulae, R1is a 1-4C alkylene; R2is a 1-4C alkoxy or acyloxy; Y is a nitrogen-containing organic group; R3is a 1-4C alkyl; R4is a 1-4C alkoxy or acyloxy; and m is 0 or 1.
