Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of easily performing the connecting work of an accommodating vessel and a pipe. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger HE comprises a heat conductive pipe 1 where the fluid flows, the accommodating vessel 2 for accommodating the heat conductive pipe 1, a supply pipe 51 connecting an external device 83 mounted at an outer part of the accommodating vessel 2 and the heat conductive pipe 1 through a branch pipe 20, and a joint part 40 for connecting the supply pipe 51 and the branch pipe 20.
