Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof box adjustable in internal temperature of the box, having excellent sound insulating performance and easily obtained in different size and shape while causing no violent convection of air in the box nor making noise. SOLUTION: This soundproof box forming a closed space is composed of a floor part; a wall part forming side faces and a back face; a door part for opening/closing the front face of the wall part; and a ceiling part provided at the upper part. The whole or part of the floor part, wall part and ceiling part is formed by combining a plurality of panels of plane shape and/or curved shape having water passages and regions filled with a soundproof material.
