Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device capable of optimizing the positional relation of a flow rate adjusting valve and a filter arranged in a water passage valve body, compacting the water flow valve body, and securely removing foreign materials in a water supply pipe sticking to the filter inside and accumurated therein. SOLUTION: Water supplied from the water supply pipe to the water flow valve body connected to the water supply pipe is arranged to flow in the order of the flow volume adjusting valve, the filter, and an opening/closing valve. In the toilet bowl cleaning device cleaning the toilet bowl by opening/closing motion of the valve, the flow volume adjusting valve and the filter are arranged coaxially and at the upper and lower position.
