IMPERVIOUS WALL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious wall method excellent in the long term stability of impervious performance. SOLUTION: A casing 3 is pierced to a predetermined position by pressing the casing and excavating the inside of the casing, a predetermined amount of bentonite mixed soil 1 is thrown in an excavated hole, the casing is pulled out up to a predetermined height, the bentonite mixed soil thrown is compacted, the throwing of the bentonite mixed soil, the pulling out of the casing and the compaction are repeated to construct a pile body 2 formed of the bentonite mixed soil with a predetermined length, and the construction of the pile body is repeated to form a method constructing a wall body 20 in the ground by continuing the pile body. In order to ensure a homogeneous physical property over the overall length of the pile body and integrity with the peripheral ground, the bentonite mixed soil is thrown by a proper amount so as to be sufficiently compacted to carry out compaction.
