Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently generate ozone in the water to be electrolyzed without carrying out a complicated assembly work. SOLUTION: An ozone generating apparatus 1 generates ozone in the water to be electrolyzed, by the electrolysis with applying voltage between an anode 5 and a cathode 6. The anode 5 and the cathode 6 are integrated through a predetermined space without mutually being separated to constitute an electrolysis part 3, and are made of a water-permeable member (like a mesh) each capable of permeating the water to be electrolyzed.
