FASTENING BOLT FOR CUTTING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening bolt for a cutting tool, having a passage and a discharge hole for a cutting liquid and surely supplying the cutting liquid discharged from the discharge hole to a cutting blade. SOLUTION: When the fastening bolt 1 is fastened, the upper end of a bolt internal passage 4 is communicated with the cutting liquid passage 16 of an arbor 10, and the discharge hole 6a is disposed in a position directing the space (the passage) formed between the opposite surfaces of a shielding plate 7 and the base part of a front milling cutter 20. Accordingly, the cutting liquid jetted from the discharge hole 6a by the rotational centrifugal force in cutting is forcibly guided toward the outside diameter of the front milling cutter 20 (in the direction of an arrow A) in the space (passage), and forwarded toward the direction along the surface of the base part of the front milling cutter 20 (in the direction of an arrow B).
