Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously casting molten steel for a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet by which the solidified structure is formed as uniform equiaxed crystal and internal defect of the cast slab and the steel sheet caused by internal crack, center segregation, center porosity, etc., is prevented and the finely dispersing deposition of MnS after solidifying is restraind thereby the magnetic property can be improved, and a cast slab for non-oriented magnetic steel sheet. SOLUTION: In the method for continuously casting the molten steel for non-oriented magnetic steel sheet and the cast slab for nondirectional magnetic steel sheet, the molten steel for nonoriented magnetic steel sheet, is continuously cast after adjusting Ba mass%, O mass%, S mass% and Mn mass% contained in the molten steel so as to satisfy the following formulas.
