SOLUTION: In this management system for paddy fields, particularly for controlling the water in the paddy fields, a two-way wireless controlling means 13 is provided and the browse of the data collected with portable telephones 18 or the like and the change of the set-up of variables are carried out through a two-way wireless communication management system.
