Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing vegetable paste having excellent smell, taste, color and beautiful appearance and deliciously eatable for elderly people and physically and mentally handicapped persons with disability of mastication or swallowing. SOLUTION: This method for producing the vegetable paste comprises washing gathered vegetables in a washing process 1, mashing the vegetables in a mashing process 3, adjusting viscosity and water in a viscosity water adjusting process 5, and vacuum packing the vegetables in a packing process 7 followed by freezing in a freezing process 9.
