PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with an operating unit having a click function, wherein the operating unit has a simple structure to mount a click spring and can achieve comfortable click and rotational operability. SOLUTION: In the operating unit, A click spring (91) is disposed in a cavity generated when an operating member (71) is combined with a fixing member (81) and coupled to the fixing member (81). Click grooves (72a, 72b, 72c, 72d) to be engaged with the click spring (91) are aligned on an almost linear line passing through a rotation center of the operating member (71).
