Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a noise signal into a read back signal when data are written in a removable data storage medium in one embodiment. SOLUTION: While writing the data in the removable data storage medium, the data written in the removable data storage medium are partly read out of the removable data storage medium. Based on a part of the data read out of the the removable data storage medium, an error rate is determined. The read back signal corresponding to the part of the data read out of the removable data storage medium is generated, and it is detected by using this read back signal whether or not an error occurs when writing a part of the data in the removable data storage medium.
