Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical deflector low in cost and capable of performing a high speed scanning for a wide angular range with a low noise with respect to the optical deflector in which the direction of an optical beam reflected on a flat reflection mirror is varied by the tilt of the flat reflection mirror. SOLUTION: A plurality of tilt flat reflection mirrors 11 and 12 which are tilted in the direction of thickness of plate are formed on a flat plate 1. An opposing flat reflection mirror 20 is provided opposite to the tilt flat reflection mirrors 11 and 12. The tilt flat reflection mirrors 11 and 12 are tilted clockwise and counterclockwise with an unillustrated driving means. An optical beam Li1 which is made incident on the first tilt flat reflection mirror 11 is reflected on the reflection mirror and made incident to the opposing flat reflection mirror 20, and the optical beam reflected on the opposing flat reflection mirror is made incident on the second tilt flat reflection mirror 12. Further, the reflected optical beam which is finally deflected on the second tilt flat reflection mirror 12 becomes an emitting optical beam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
