Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unevenness in outgoing light quantity of respective shutters, not to inhibit high-speed printing and to suppress increase of a manufacturing cost and a running cost in a liquid crystal shutter to be used for a print head which makes light irradiate a photosensitive recording medium. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal shutter 5 is equipped with first and second transparent substrates 50, 51 placed opposite to each other, a light shielding film 52 formed on a surface 511 of the second transparent substrate 51 opposite to the first transparent substrate 50 for the purpose of restricting light incident from the first transparent substrate 50 on the second transparent substrate 51 and a transparent electrode 54b laminated and formed on the light shielding film 52. The transparent electrode 54b is laminated on the light shielding film 52 via a single insulating layer 53b. The transparent electrode 54b, the light shielding film 52 and the insulating layer 53b are made of inorganic substances, and also the insulating layer 53b is made of an inorganic oxide.
