TEMPERATURE MEASURING INSTRUMENT, AND TEMPERATURE CORRECTION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct a temperature of a thermosensitive element for detecting a temperature of an input terminal connected with a thermocouple, in a temperature measuring instrument capable of adding and changing a substrate in response to a desired specification by a user. SOLUTION: A plurality of correction values is stored in response to storage conditions of the substrate estimated preliminarily, the storage condition of the substrate is determined in the temperature measuring instrument when used, the correction value corresponding to the determined storage condition is read out, and the temperature detected by the thermosensitive element is corrected therewith to compensate a cold junction.
