ACCUMULATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator capable of suppressing gas leakage during normal use and suppressing breakage of a housing even when it is exposed to high temperatures by fire or the like for a long time. SOLUTION: A bellows body 11 is stored in the housing 2 having a liquid inlet 5 on its one end side. The bellows body 11 has a fixed fixing end 11a joined to the other end side of the housing 2 and a free end 11b displaceable in the axial direction of the housing 2. A bellows cap 12 is disposed at the free end 11b of the bellows body 11. A gas chamber 21 is surrounded with the inner surface of the bellows body 11 and the inner surface of the bellows cap 12, and stores gas air-tightly. A liquid chamber 22 is surrounded with the outer surface of the bellows body 11 and the inner surface of the housing 2, and stores oil introduced from the liquid inlet 5 liquid-tightly. A seal section 13 is disposed on the outer surface of the bellows cap 12. The bellows cap 12 is provided with a fragile part 30a as a relief means opening when pressure in the gas chamber 21 becomes a predetermined value or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
