Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water type emulsion cosmetic having a fresh use feeling, excellent in tense feeling on skin and humectant effect, and also excellent in stability over time. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by containing the components of (a) a phospholipid, (b) a nonionic surfactant, (c) a higher alcohol, (d) oil, (e) a polyhydric alcohol and (f) water, wherein, the content of the component (d) is 1-30 mass %, ≥40 mass % solid oil and/or paste oil is contained in the component (d) and the content ratio of the total content of the components (a) and (b) to the content of the component (d) is (2:1)-(1:10) in mass ratio, and having also ≤1 μm particle diameter of emulsified droplets.
