Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aggregate for yielding a surface material which stores energy as small as possible on the earth's surface and suppresses the rise in ground temperature since, from the viewpoint of preventing global warming and reducing air-conditioning cost, it is desired that the road surface temperature is kept as low as possible and heat is not stored at the earth's surface (at the depth of 2-20 cm). SOLUTION: The aggregate, which is used after mixed with or adhered to a solidifying agent, is prepared by fixing a powder to the periphery of a hollow core material with an adhesive.
