HEAT-EXCHANGER CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanger control device which can prevent an air-conditioning feeling from deteriorating by quickly forming a stable ON state without changing a set temperature which belongs to the ON side for one which makes an ON-OFF control within a specified temperature range. SOLUTION: This heat-exchanger controlling device has a heat-exchanger 120 which is operated by an operating unit 130 and heats or cools an external fluid, and a controlling device 200 which controls the temperature Tw of the external fluid to be in a range between a lower limit side temperature T1 and an upper limit side temperature T3 which are predetermined by operating/stopping the operating unit 130. In the heat-exchanger controlling device, the controlling device 200 estimates a necessary operating time for which the next operation is required from a temperature variation amount of the external fluid while the operating unit 130 is being stopped. At the same time, the controlling device 200 performs a restart estimated control for starting the operating unit 130 in such a manner that the operation of the operating unit 130 may form a stable state before the necessary operation time reaches.
