COOKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus provided with a device capable of efficiently recovering vapor and steam generated at the time of cooking without consuming energy so much. SOLUTION: A noodle boiling machine 1 is provided with a vapor recovery device 10. Inside the casing 11 of the vapor recovery device 10, a pipe assembly 71, a partition wall 17 and a top plate 113 are provided in the order from the lower part. The pipe assembly 71 is provided with a plurality of pipes through which city water flows. A ventilation port 15 is opened at the front wall upper part of the casing 11 and air is taken into the casing. The vapor generated from a hot water tub 5 is heat-exchanged while passing through the pipes of the pipe assembly 71 and partially condensed. The vapor passed through the pipe assembly 71 then contacts the lower surface of the top plate 113 and moisture remaining in the vapor is heat-exchanged and condensed. The condensed moisture flows to the return water passage 13 of the front wall of the casing 11 and sent through piping to the hot water tub 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
