Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of storing print job data in a memory of an image forming device such as a laser printer. SOLUTION: In one embodiment of a memory management method, the method includes a step for receiving data which can be divided into segments. Whether each segment is stored in a first memory such as a RAM or a second memory such as a hard disk is determined. Each segment is stored in a determined place. While each segment determined to be stored in the first memory is stored, it is discriminated whether the first memory is completely occupied or not.
