Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter which has a small variation of working accuracy in an opening part, has an excellent optical characteristic and is inexpensive in a color filter for a liquid crystal display element performing both of permission display and reflection display. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the color filter having a permission region 8 and a reflection region 7 on a pixel part with a colored layer 1 of plural colors is provided with a process of irradiating one part of the reflection region 7 with laser and removing at least one part of the colored layer 1.
